Suggest a better descriptionBoil chicken breasts 20-25 minutes. While the chicken is cooking, microwave chopped onion for 30 second intervals, stirring between until onion is translucent (approx 90 sec total). Set aside to cool. After chicken is done cooking, rinse and shred. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, salt, pepper, vinegar and onions. Pour over shredded chicken. Add swiss cheese and mix well. Chill 2 hours.
