Suggest a better description1. Put bamboo skewers in warm water to soak.
2. Combine soy sauce, peanut oil, sesame oil, fish sauce, ginger, coriander, and crushed red pepper.
Cut chicken into either cubes or strips. Add to soy mixture and let marinate for 2 hours.
3. Put chicken onto skewers and put on a baking sheet. Broil for 5-6 minutes. Serve w peanut sauce.
