Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and add penne. In the meantime saute sausages, onions and garlic in a non-stick pan 2 minutes. Add sun-dried tomatoes and saute 1 minute. Add stock, wine and whipping cream and cook 5 minutes on medium-low heat.
When there is 4 minutes left on the penne, add chopped broccoli to the boiling noodle water. When finished cooking, drain and toss with the sausage mixture.
