So flavourful! I even ate the leftovers, and I really dislike leftover pasta.
In medium saucepan, saute butter, onion, & garlic until soft.
Add in chicken broth, italian seasoning, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, & dried parsley. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add whipping cream and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
Mix flour, salt & pepper together. Dip chicken in flour mixture and fry in oil until cooked inside. Add peppers and onions, until soft.
In pot, cook angel hair pasta in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Mix the pasta & cream sauce together. Top with chicken & vegetables and sprinkle with parmesan.
