Hearty chicken soup, Thai style
Cut up whole cooked chicken into pieces.
Cut all vegetables into really small pieces.
Sauteed onion and garlic in the oil, 5-10 min, then add chicken broth and cooked chicken. Use a large pot.
Add all vegetables and spices and simmer one hour.
Add coconut mill and cook for another hour.
Serve with hot sauce if you like it spicy.
