Place all ingredients in a ziploc bag and shake.
Marinate 1-24 hours.
Put chicken on skewers and grill over medium heat until no longer pink.
Serve on pita bread with sauce made from Greek yogurt (or sour cream) lemon juice and the same spices used in the marinade.
