2 pound Chicken breast; cut into bitesized pieces
4 medium Potatoes; peeled and cubed
1 16-oz can Salsa
1 4-oz can Green chilies; diced
1 1.25-oz package Taco mix
1 can (8 oz) Tomato sauce

Original recipe makes 8



MIx all ingredients together in a crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours

It was OK; I didnt have the time for the slow cooker and I find red chilis more flavorful, so I added five cups of water and two tablespoons of red chili powder, some basil, and some chopped jalapeno peppers and cooked it on med-high on an electric stove top. Enjoy my spicier psuedo-cajun ammendment to the recipe. ^-^
