Easy chicken stock made in slow cooker
Break the chicken carcass up
Roughly chop the carrots, celery and onion.
Put all ingredients into a slow cooker (3.5litre). Fill with water (3/4 full) and cover.
Set on low for 10hours.
Leave to cool for an hour or so, drain the meat and veg, then leave to cool in fridge fully. Scoop off any fat from the top. Use in a recipe straight away or put in bag/container and freeze until required.
