Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry

Simple n Delicious!


1 lb Boneless chicken breast; cut into 1in. pieces
1 Adobo; (or salt and pepper)
1 medium onion; sliced
1 medium green bell pepper; sliced
3 carrots; cut diagonally
1 broccoli flowerets
2 tbs vegetable oil
1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce Kikkoman
1 box spaghetti

Original recipe makes 4



Season chicken with Adobo

Heat oil in 12in. skillet over medium-high heat

Add the chicken stir fry until no longer pink in center

Add the veggies stir fry until crisp-tender

Lower flame to medium low add the teriyaki sauce cook until bubbly hot.

Pour meat over cooked spaghetti.

Very good! Quick and easy. My twin two year olds loved it and they usually are very picky. So that by itself makes it great in my book :)

I make this all the time. My boyfriend likes it with rice and I prefer it with spaghetti.

Really enjoyed this meal, easy to make, healthy and delicious, will be making this again, even my 17 yr old son liked it and he can be fussy about these type of dishes.
