Suggest a better descriptionMelt butter. Blend in flour, salt, garlic salt, and pepper. Add milk, half and half, and bouillon cubes. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth. Add sherry, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, spaghetti, chicken and mushrooms. Stir carefully. Pour into shallow 2-quart casserole. Sprinkler with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake in moderate oven (375*F) until hot and bubbly, 20 to 25 minutes.
Sherry is optional. Wife found this recipe years ago on a spaghetti box and it has become a "go to" dish when the kids come over and to take to covered dish occasions.
