Suggest a better descriptionSlice onions and caramelized well. Once caramelized add ginger & garlic pastes and sautée for 2-3 minutes. Add all dry spices to onion mixture. Add tomato purée and cook for 10 mins. Stir in yogurt until combined and add cubed chicken. Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serve over basmati rice and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Make sure to take your time and caramelize your onions until they are nice and browned!
