grilled chicken kabobs
* Combine oil, lemon juice, oregano, and 1 teaspoon S&P.
* Reserve and refrigerate about 1/4 cup of marinade.
* Transfer remaining marinade to zip lock bag and add chicken and toss to coat. Refrigerate overnight.
* Heat grill to medium high. Clean and lightly oil.
* Thread skewers with chicken, some with tomatoes, and some with bread.
* Season with S&P and brush bread with oil.
Turn all skewers frequently and brush with remaining marinade.
* Grill chicken skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning frequently.
* Grill tomatoes 3-6 minutes.
* Grill bread about 3 minutes.
