Arrange pepper even on the bottom of Deep Covered Baker.
Thinly slice chicken and combine with seasoning mix and salt in Batter Bowl.
Arrange Chicken over poblano strips.
Cover and microwave on high 8 minutes.
Stir to separate chicken strips.
Cover and Microwave an additional 2 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Drain and rinse black beans. Stir beans and salsa inwo chicken mixture.
Gently stir in tortilla chips.
Grate cheese over baker.
Microwave 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted
