Quick and easy healthy meal
In a slow cooker, add chicken, garlic, cumin, chili powder, corn, lemon juice & salsa. Cook on low 6-8 hours until chicken is cooked. Remove chicken and shred or dice. Add back to soup and serve with tortilla chips, cheese & sour cream.
