Suggest a better descriptionA great hit even with people who do not like blue cheese. Open the Chicken Breasts and place a slice of blue cheese in each breast. Place in an ovenproof dish and smother each breast with French Dijon Mustard. Mix two teaspoonsful of the mustard with the rest of the cream and pour over the chicken breasts. Put in the oven and cook at about 150. Serve with baby new potatoes and carrots and a green vegetable for colour. I was surprised how simple it was to prepare and how well it is always recieved. I have never had a failure yet. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 186 by CarickGirl@aol.com on Oct 31, 1997
