Heat wine in skillet over high heat until it reduces slightly.
Add 2 tbsp. Butter, salt, cream and reduce over high heat until it coats the back of a spoon, stirring frequently. Set aside.
Slice mushrooms, finely chop garlic and add to 125 g. of butter and almonds in a separate skillet.
Simmer for a few minutes then turn to medium-high heat to brown mushrooms, stirring frequently.
Add cream sauce, stir and set aside.
FETTUCINI
Cook the fettuccine adding 1 tbsp. Oil to the boiling water to desired firmness.
CHICKEN
While fettuccine is boiling, coat chicken breasts with eggs and bread crumbs and fry in cooking oil over pre-heated high heat.
Lower to medium after 1 minute and cook chicken, turning frequently, until done, but moist and tender.
Reheat sauce.
On each plate, form bed of fettuccine, place chicken on top and spoon sauce over chicken and pasta.
