Sauteed chicken with grape tomatoes.
Saute chicken in 1 tsp oil over medium heat. Springklw chicken with pepper and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cook 4 min. Turn over and cook additional 4 minutes or until golden brown. Cook fettucini as directed. Remove chicken from skillet. Heat remaining oil (1 tsp.). Add garlic. Cook 30 sec., stirring. Stir in tomatoes, broth, and oregano. Cook 2 min. Return chicken to skillet. Cook 2 more minutes or until juices run clear when breast pierced with fork. Serve chicken over fettucini. Sprinkle with parmesan.
