Suggest a better descriptionFlatten the chicken and lay the sage leaves on top of it. Then lay the Parma ham on and skewer through all three. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the skewers. Add olive oil and basil. Marinade the sardines in a pan with olive oil, garlic, lemon and white wine. Add the breadcrumbs, sea salt, basil and marjoram. Barbecue or oven cook the sardines.
