Serve with Orzo and Pine Nuts
Sprinkle pepper over chicken.
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add chicken to pan, cook 6 minutes on each side or until done. Transfer chicken to a serving platter and keep warm.
Combine tomatoes, olives and vinaigrette in a medium bowl.
Add the tomato mixture to pan, cook 1 to 2 minutes or until tomatoes soften.
Spoon over chicken. Top evenly with feta cheese and basil.
