Chicken Yakitori

2 ts Honey; (10 ml)
Salt to taste
250 g Chicken breasts
1 ts Sherry; (5 ml)
25 ml Soya sauce
1 ts Ginger paste; (5 g)

Original recipe makes 4 servings



CUT the chicken breasts into eight cm long pieces. Mix all the remaining ingredients and marinate the chicken in this mixture for three minutes. Fix the chicken pieces onto skewers and grill. Serve on a bed of lettuce with cucumber slices and prawn wafers. Serve with French bread or toast. NOTES : (Grilled chicken served with prawn wafers - a Japanese delicacy)
