Chicken/Kabasa. Gumbo. Very easy to make
1. Cook rice according to package directions
2. Heat oil in large pot. Medium heat. Add kielbasa and cook until slightly browned. 2-3 mins. Transfer to large bowl
Add chicken to pot and cook until browned 2-3 mins. Trans to bowl with kielbasa
3. Add celery, onion and bell pepper to pot and cook until browned. 6-8 mins Transfer to bowl with chicken/kielbasa. Sprinkle flour cayenne and allspice over Vegas cook stir until browned 1-2 mins.
4. Add broth, tomatoes (and juices) thyme, bring to simmer, stir in okra, kielbasa and chicken. Cook until okra is tender and mixture is slightly thickened. Serve with rice
