Deliscious and easy Chile Relleno Caserole
Pre-Heat oven to 350
Grate cheese and mix together
Drain and rinse Chile Relleno's (remove seeds)
Layer cheese then Layer of Chile Rellenos's (approx. 1 can of Chile's) in a 9X12 caserole dish
repeat for 3 layers
cover top with cheese
Mix eggs, flour and milk together (beat until smooth)
pour mixure over caserole
Bake in oven for 40 to 45 min
remove and top with cheese
Bake for 15 min
Remove from oven and let stand for about 45 min
Enjoy!!!
