Ingredients

500 grams Minced Beef
2 medium onion; french sliced
2 large Peppers; sliced
2 ea Chilli
15 milliliters Chili powder; to taste
2 cloves Garlic; chopped
250 grams Natural Yougurt
1 tblspoons tomato puree
1 can kidney beans
1 can Tomato; chopped
Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste
Salt; to taste

Servings  

Preparation

1) Saute chopped onion and green pepper in fat. Mix beef, onion and green pepper. Add spices; let stand 1 hour.

2) Add tomatoes, tomato puree, beans; cook in crock pot all day. Best if refrigerated and warmed the next day.
