Ingredients

8 oz Cheddar cheese; Grated
1/2 c Half and half
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese; Grated
1 cn green chilies; Chopped
2 tb Onion; finely chopped
2 tb Flour
4 Eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9-inch square pan. Beat eggs; stir in half and half and flour. Blend until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour in pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or knife comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Cut in small squares. Serve warm. 25 appetizers. This has been a family favorite for years! I don't limit it to appetizers... We often have it as a main course for brunch. It's always a hit.
