1 Salt
1 pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup roma tomatoes; diced
1/4 cup corn
1 tbsp red onions; diced
1 tsp jalapenos
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 cilantro

Original recipe makes 4




Season steak with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a grill pan. cook steak to desired doneness. transfer to cutting board, then slice into long slender strips about 1/4 inch thick.


combine, tomatoes, corn, diced red onions, jalapenos, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chili powder, salt, and pepper. drape steak over salad. garnish with colantro and pinch of sea salt.
