Suggest a better descriptionReserve 8 large perfect berries. Puree remaining berries in food processor or blender, two cups at a time. Set aside. In a large saucepan over medium heat, simmer sugar, water, lime juice, lime peel, wine and orange juice for 10 minutes. Let cool. Stir in pureed berries into syrup and fold in yogurt and cream. Add sugar if desired. Cover and chill for 4 to 6 hours. Makes 8 servings.
