Spray pan put over med heat, add mince and stir for 3 mins, stirring constantly until changes colour.
Add onion cook for 5 mins, until onion soft and mince brown, add garlic, red chilli,curry powder, red peppers, green beans, and carrot and stir fry for 3-4 mins, remove pan from heat and stir in passata and purée, spoon mixture into a dish press down well.
Whisk yogurt with eggs, season pour over beef. Cook in oven for 50 mins serve.
