2. Crush Garlic
3. Slice green peppers
4. Slice chillies
5. Chop tops of spring onion and few bottom ones
6. Slice onion
7. Mix water and cornflower
8. Chop chicken
Heat medium high stir fry style
Fry step 1 & 2 until brown
Add,3,4,6 and tops of spring onions
Mix around
And 8
Keep mixing until chicken cooked
Add dark soya sauce
Add chilli sauce
Keep mixing
Finish with 7
Turn heat off
Add bottom of spring onion
Enjoy
