Quick and easy Chilli con Carne
1. Chop Onion and Garlic
2. Fry ground beef in pan adding onion and garlic whilst browning
3. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, cumin, chilli flakes and beans
4. Allow all to simmer and reduce
5. Add salt and pepper to taste
6. When finished garnish with fresh coriander
Serve with Brown rice.
