Vermonstercook 4y agoSo delicious! Made this in a rustic cabin in the woods with the simplest of supplies and it really hit the spot.
fkraaier 4y agoGreat recipe! Added a few extra Thai chillies for a little extra zing. But that's personal preference.
harolzoidium 7y agoIt is the best! So simple and taste fantastic! I missed out on the tomatoe paste, but dice tomatoes are super tasty with it already! After the mussels I drank up all the soup with plenty of bread! Be careful with the chillis though, the chilli seems to release more spice in soup.
