Make your own
Heat the olive oil over a medium heat and then add the dried chillies and chilli flake, cook very gently for 3 to 4 minutes making sure you do not burn the chilli so a gentle heat is required.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 10 to 15 mins.
Then bottle in an attractive and sterilised bottle.
Then make sure you agitate the bottle weekly, as time goes by the oil will get darker and darker.
BE CAREFUL HOT OIL IS DANGEROUS TAKE CARE.
