1 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 lb Shiitake mushrooms; stems
1 tb fresh ginger; Finely chopped
1/2 ts Garlic; minced
1 c Chicken broth
2 tb Soy sauce
1 1/2 ts Asian sesame oil
1/4 ts Black Pepper; freshly ground
2 c chicken; Diced, cooked
1/4 c Green Onions; Sliced
1 bn Spinach; washed
1 lb Spaghetti; cooked according to directions

Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook 5 minutes. Add ginger and garlic; cook 1 minute more. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper; bring to boil and cook 1 minute. Add cooked chicken, green onions and spinach. Toss with hot pasta.
