Suggest a better descriptionPut chicken and oil in gallon size ziplock bag and toss until coated. Mix all spices in a bowl crushing chipotle cubes with back of spoon. Add spice mixture to bag. Toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours. Grill chicken at about 400 degrees, 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked through. Cut chicken into cubes.
