The official Chipotle™ Steak Burrito Bowl Recipe. This recipe tastes so much like the real thing, you will not know the difference. Mind = blown 😱
Chipotle's white rice:
Bring 2 cups of water to boil with tsp of olive oil and half tsp of salt. Add 1 cup of rice and cook on medium for 20 minutes stirring occasionally while adding 2 tsp of finely chopped fresh celantro and 1 tsp of fresh squeezed lime juice.
Black beans:
Open can put in a pot, cook on low and cover with a lid.
Chipolte's grilled steak:
Coat beef chuck tips with 1 tbsp olive oil and season with 1 tbsp of all-seasoning salt and dash with 1/2 tsp Siracha hot chili sauce. Cook in frying pan until medium-raw. When finished cut into smaller strips of steak.
Chipotle's Guacamole:
Remove stems and stickers from avocado. Cut avocados in half, remove pit, scrape out the good stuff. Mix finely 2 tbsp chopped pickled jalapeño peppers, 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions, 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro, 1 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice, salt and pepper. Mash together until smooth.
Assembling the Chipotle's Burrito Steak Bowl:
Add desired amount of rice in bowl, using a drained spoon, top the rice with the black beans. Next add the steak strips on top and drizzle with tsp of Siracha hot chili sauce and adding 2 tbsp of fresh salsa. Next top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Next dump 2 thick tbsp of guacamole on top.

Try not to add too much Siracha at the end unless you like the heat! 💥🚨🚨🚨
