Mix together in a bowl the flower, baking power, sugar and salt .
Set asside.
Stir eggs, bananas, apple sauce and milk in another bowl until blended.
Add the dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
Add chocolat and nuts.
Pour into a 9x5 greased loaf pan or bunt cake pan.
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon . Sprinkle over batter.
Bake for 60 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
You can also use 12 giant muffin tin ; Bake for 45 minutes
