Suggest a better description1. Stir all dry ingredients together and set aside.
2. Melt butter and chocolate together. Beat eggs and sugar in mixer together until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and chocolate mixture.
3. Stir in dry ingedients until just combined. On a parchment lined sheet pan, form into 4 logs, roughly 8" x 2".
4. Bake at 300 degrees in the convection oven for 15 minutes and remove from oven. Let rest for 10 minutes.
5. Slice on a bias into 1/3" thick slices. Lay on parchment lined trays, weighing down parchment edges with cutlery.
6. Bake for 10 minutes at 250 degrees in convection. Remove from oven and flip cookies over. Bake 10 minutes more.
7. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
