I really enjoyed these brownies!! They were very light and good for lower carb brownies. Very easy and fast to make. Thank you.

If you are looking for a strict low-carb recipe, this is not it. True low-carb recipes (i.e., Atkins) do not contain flour nor chocolate with sugar. But this recipe is definitely healthier than one loaded with refined sugar. You may want to try coconut flour or some other substitute to reduce the refined carb content.

Yes I will make this again. I have made this recipe twice now. I enjoy baking and I am always giving baked goods to my neighbors and good friends. They have really enjoyed these brownies.
