Ready in 30 minutes
Made with Splenda these brownies taste the same but with only 10 total carbs. Now don't eat the whole plate at one sitting.
Preheat oven to 350
Grease 9 x 13 baking pan
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. In another bowl combine Splenda, butter, chocolate, eggs, water and vanilla extract, stir vigorously. Stir in flour mixture. Stir in nuts. Spread into prepared baking pan.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick in center comes out slightly sticky. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into about 2 inch squares. Yield 24 pieces.

chowiluv2cook 6y agoI really enjoyed these brownies!! They were very light and good for lower carb brownies. Very easy and fast to make. Thank you.
Bake_Queen 8y agoIf you are looking for a strict low-carb recipe, this is not it. True low-carb recipes (i.e., Atkins) do not contain flour nor chocolate with sugar. But this recipe is definitely healthier than one loaded with refined sugar. You may want to try coconut flour or some other substitute to reduce the refined carb content.
sappy 9y agoYes I will make this again. I have made this recipe twice now. I enjoy baking and I am always giving baked goods to my neighbors and good friends. They have really enjoyed these brownies.
