A delicious chocolate-cherry cake using mayonaise rather than eggs and oil. The result is an extra moist cake.
Preheat oven to 250
- Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl
- Stir in wet ingredients
- Pour into ungreased 9x13 cake pan
- Bake at 250 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Top with Cream Cheese Frosting
