Suggest a better description1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2) In a food processor, whip the egg replacer and water together until it is thick.
3) In a large bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Add the egg replacer mixture to this mixture. Combine.
4) In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually beat the flour into the mixture until it forms a dough. When it is almost all combined, add chips and nuts if you so desire. (If you want fluffier cookies, you may have to add more flour).
5) Bake on a cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
