Ken's Mom's recipe
Beat together Margarine, shortening, white suger, brown sugar, egg & vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Mix well.
Add last: rolled oats & chocolate chips. This will appear to be quite dry.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
