Best Cookies I have ever had!!
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the oats, flour, pudding mix, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 375? for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove to wire racks.
Crazy about chocolate chips? This chewy cookie has plenty, not to mention lots of heart-healthy oatmeal. The gang?ll come back for more and more...so this big batch is perfect.
