"I can't bake. I have trouble following directions. That said, I did attempt to make these. They turned out perfectly! Moist chocolaty goodness! The children loved them! Thank you for a great easy recipe."
Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C) and prepare muffin pan. Grease muffin pan or fill with paper liners. A nonstick pan requires no greasing. In large bowl add and combine well eggs, oil, milk and vanilla.
In smaller bowl combine well flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips. Combine wet and dry mixtures and fold together gently until just mixed. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake at 400 F (200 C) for 20 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool on rack.
Hint: Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top of each muffin before baking.

hafizahosman 1y agoBatter turned out a little runnier than what I am used to, but turned out perfect. The kiddoes loved it too! Will make this again for sure!
HannaGali 1y agoJust like I saw in the comments, I only added half a cup more sugar and they came out PERFECT. My, usually very negative, family loved them, so that's even a bigger plus! Thank you!

Horsesluvgirls 2y agoNot bad they came out good. The chocolate chips add the flavor without theme they would not be very sweet.
