Great to give out at holidays
Place milk chocolate chips, a few cups at a time, in a glass bowl that is larger than a pot of boiling water.
Place bowl on top of boiling water, and occasionally stir the chips until the steam from pot melts them. Once the chips begin to melt, you can lower the heat a bit.
Using a spatula, coat the melted chocolate onto pretzels, about 1/2 of the length of the rod (leaving room without chocolate to hold the pretzel.
Immediately sprinkle toppings onto chocolate so they will stick to pretzel as the chocolate dries.
As melted chocolate gets used, add more chips to glass bowl to allow time to melt.
When finished with pretzels - use some remaining melted chocolate to make some chocolate covered strawberries!
