What can I say about these fabulous brownies?? They are delicious to look at, and, even more delicious to eat.
"I made these for a friend for her birthday a she requested I didnt have the rice krispies at the time so figured I could just make them without. Just a note for anyone else who does this you only need about half the ingredients when making them this way :)"
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Stir in cocoa, flour, vanilla and salt. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 in. baking pan.
Bake at 350 deg. for 25 min. or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool. Spread marshmallow creme over cooled brownies.
In a small saucepan, melt peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; stir in the cereal. Spread over marshmallow layer. Chill before cutting. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 3 dozen.

bastonrach 1 year agoI didnt add peanut butter as i dont like it. I used 2 different choc chips. These are lovely i would like them as bit more moist next time as werent of a proper brownie texture. Very nice especially with the marshmallow my son loved it
