This is a recipe to make quick, yummy chocolate fudge. You don't need marshmallow fluff for it.
1) snip each marshmallow into four bits
2) in a large pot or saucepan, stir together the marshmallows and a drizzle of milk over low heat
3) add some honey or syrup until the mixture turns creamy
4) remove from heat. Mix in the salt, butter, sugar and evaporated milk. Put on heat again
5) keep stirring constantly until the mixture begins boiling. It will start making a bubbly sound.
6) when everything is stirred smooth and the mixture is boiling, remove from heat and mix in the chocolate and vanilla
7) pour into a greased tray and leave to set
8) when cooled and not too soft, cut into squares
TIPS: to store, keep in an airtight container
When the mixture is creamy, you can drop in some crushed nuts or other things like small marshmallows
