Suggest a better descriptionMelt chocolate over double boiler. Combine cocoa, water, expresso and brandy. Separate eggs. Mix yolks with salt and 1/2 tea sugar. combine with cocoa mix. Whip egg whites, half way through add sugar, until you get soft peaks. Fold into chocolate mix and put in frig for a few hours.
