Another favorite cookie of ours!
Combine cake mix, eggs, & oil. Mixture will be really thick. Stir in peanut butter chips. (I usually put a little less chips than the recipe calls for)
Drop 1" dough ball on lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool before removing.
I like a more soft & chewy cookie. I find if I take them out of oven right before they look done, & let them cool/cook on pan, I have better results.
