Suggest a better descriptionAdd boiling water to mashed potatoes. stir until smooth. Set aside.
Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, splenda and oil in a large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add egg and beat well.
Combine dry ingredients. With mixer at low speed add dry ingredients alternating with potato mixture.
Pour into greased Bundt pan or cake pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25- 30 minutes (2 pans) or 40-45 minutes (1 pan).
