dawnleeb 1y agoI made them according to the directions and they stuck to the pan so tightly that they were impossible to get out. Seems like a good combo of flavors but the final result was disappointing.

amommy42 3y agoThese are absolutely amazing! Such a delicious combo. I reduced the condensed milk by boiling the cans in a pot of boiling water for 3 hours . Works perfectly. Just keep an eye on the water level and add more as needed. I also crushed more pretzels and put them in the top layer of chocolate for more of that salty sweet goodness. :)
Sharonesq 3y agoTaste was good. seriously, what's not to like: chocolate, eagle brand and pretzels. But I failed on the "dulche de leche" lesson. I cooked in pan stirring for 25 minutes on medium. It got thicker, but not dark brown. Maybe I needed more heat. Next time I'll try the method of putting the can of condensed milk in a crock pot covered in water overnight. then let cool til evening, then open.
