Fast, easy and great taste! Can make ahead or at the last minute.
Make Chocolate pudding according to package directions. (If making for a crowd I use a commercial can of premade pudding [available in grocery store]) Crush 1/2 pkg. of cookies in a zip-lock bag. In a clear bowl (pedestal type works well to show it off), layer the waffers, pudding, cool whip, and crushed cookies making several layers and ending with a sprinkle of oreos on top and several whole cookies to decorate the top. Chill and serve!
Any flavor pudding can be substituted and changing the flavor of cookies will change the taste.
This can be made completely fat free or sugar free.
